I’m so genuinely sorry this happened. I know how disappointing it is to be waiting for something and have it not arrive, especially when it’s something you were looking forward to.
Australia Post has confirmed the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit, which is completely out of our hands, but none-the-less, frustrating. I’ve processed your full refund as discussed via email, and again, I truly appreciate your patience while we tried to track it down.
