Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for all our shipping, and offer free standard Australian-wide shipping for all orders over $120.

Any amount under this will be charged a flat rate standard shipping fee of $12.

We also offer Express shipping at an extra cost to any order.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, and operate Monday through to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but orders may be delayed during peak sale times. In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment.

You will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
