Are your teas organic?
Yes! All of our teas are made using 100% organic ingredients, sourced from reputable Australian suppliers and ACO (Australian Certified Organic) certified processors.
Because we blend and repackage the ingredients ourselves, we are unable to display the ACO logo or label our finished products as certified organic.
Quality, freshness and purity are incredibly important to us, and we carefully source every ingredient that goes into our blends.
What comes in each ritual canister?
More than just tea!
Each canister includes our organic loose-leaf tea, a guided ritual created specifically for the blend, seven thoughtfully written affirmation cards, and a carefully selected crystal with its own meaning card.
Everything has been brought together to transform an everyday cup of tea into a more meaningful, mindful experience.
Why loose-leaf tea?
We choose loose-leaf because it allows us to use whole herbs, flowers, fruits, roots and spices while giving the ingredients plenty of room to infuse.
It also means avoiding the unnecessary materials found in some tea bags, while creating a fuller, more sensory tea experience.
What’s with the ritual?
The ritual is really the heart of The Mantra Blends.
Each blend is paired with its own simple guided practice, created around a different intention and designed to bring a little more presence to the time you already spend making and drinking your tea.
There’s no right or wrong way to do it. You might have five minutes one day and much longer another. The idea isn’t to add another task to your routine, but to make something you’re already doing feel a little more meaningful.
Can I purchase the ritual on its own?
Yes! If you already have your favourite tea at home but would love to experience one of our guided rituals, you can purchase it separately through our Digital Downloads page for instant access.

Can I purchase the tea without the ritual?
Absolutely! If you’ve already experienced the ritual, or simply love the tea and want to keep enjoying it, you can purchase the blend on its own through our Tea Refills collection.
Our refills contain the same organic loose-leaf blend, just without the ritual, affirmation cards and crystal.
How do I choose the right blend for me?
There are a few ways to choose.
You might be drawn to a blend for its herbal benefits, the intention behind its ritual, or simply because the flavours sound delicious.

Or, sometimes, you might just find yourself drawn to one. Trust that too.
Do herbs really work?
Herbs have been used across cultures for centuries, and many scientifically studied for their amazing health and wellbeing benefits.
In saying that, plants, and our bodies, are incredibly complex. How someone responds to a particular herb can vary from person to person, and herbal tea isn’t a quick fix or a replacement for appropriate medical care.
In my opinion, herbs are best thought of as something we can incorporate consistently and intentionally as part of our overall wellbeing, rather than expecting one cup to work miracles.
Can I drink herbal tea every day?
For most people, many herbal teas can be enjoyed regularly as part of a balanced diet.
However, herbs aren’t all interchangeable, and some may not be suitable for everyone or for continuous use. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications and certain health conditions can also change which herbs are appropriate for you.
Please check the ingredients, and speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you’re unsure whether a blend is suitable for you.
How should I store my tea and how long will it last?
Our canisters are designed to help protect your tea from light and air, but herbs are happiest somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and strong aromas.
When stored correctly, dried tea ingredients can generally keep for up to two years, although we recommend enjoying your blend within 12 months of opening for the best flavour, aroma and freshness.
And always remember to pop the lid back on properly!

We offer complimentary local delivery within approximately 12km of Berrima.
If you’re outside our local delivery area but would prefer to collect your order rather than have it posted, you’re welcome to use the same code and email us at hello@themantrablends.com.au to arrange collection.
