By training the adult mind to see through the wonderous eyes of a child, it opens up a world of possibilities, allowing us to reconnect to the feelings of innocence and a pure, child-like joy. A powerful practice to truly live in the moment with no worries of the past or the future.

Flavour Profile:
Unlike most Chinese green teas, Sencha isn't fried during processing but rather steamed which gives the tea a mellow, earthy lightness. Blended beautifully with sweet fruits and flowers, Una is an easy drinking, clean and fresh floral infusion that will brighten any mood.
