"Smudging" is an ancient spiritual act of burning herbs with the intention to cleanse spaces, prevent illness, and ward of negative energies. This sacred practice is most commonly known as a Native American tradition, though has been performed for thousands of years by many indigenous tribes.
While we respect the cultures and rituals of the elders, we are able to use the same method of burning herbs to set our own intentions for our personal space.
These beautifully hand-crafted wands and sticks are made with Mediterranean Sage with the inclusion of beautiful seasonal bush flowers, all powerfully charged with a natural raw crystal piece.
Sticks are approximately 16cm long by 5cm wide, wands sightly larger at approximately 18cm long with an 8cm crown.
Each bundle comes with a smudging mantra and instructions on how to use safely.
